Dr Neil Counihan

Neil Counihan is one of the U.K's leading orthodontists. He qualified in Dentistry at Kings College Hospital, London then studied orthodontics at New York University.
In 1995 on returning from the United States he was invited to join one of London's most modern straight-wire practices. Subsequently in 2000 he opened a private practice in Battersea.
In 2004 he co-founded the award winning 'Elleven Orthodontics' in the prestigious Harley Street district of London. A dynamic, international centre of excellence, it leads the field in orthodontic treatment and was voted Best Private Dental Practice in 2005.
Dr Counihan is a Registered Specialist in Orthodontics at the General Dental Council of the U.K. and is an active member of the British and European Orthodontics societies. As an american-trained orthodontist he is much in demand from American families living in London and specialises in non-extraction, pain free treatment for children and adults.
Dr Counihan is also regularly invited to speak and lecture on orthodontics around the world and is one of two orthodontists recommended in Tatler Magazine's 'Private Doctor List'. He is also a judge for the Private Dentistry Awards UK and is on the editorial board for the Orthodontic Journal. His other special area of interest is Orthognathics and is one of a handful of Orthodontists in the UK who regularly undertakes Orthognathic cases.
Dr Runa Mowla-Copley
Runa Mowla-Copley is a highly experienced dentist who graduated from Sheffield University in 1995.
A gifted clinician who has worked at a number of prestigious practices in Central and South London including the award winning Elleven Orthodontics in Devonshire Place, she has extensive experience in working with young children and teenagers.
Runa is a member of the British Orthodontic Society and the Faculty of General Dental Practioners (U.K). She is currently involved in postgraduate orthodontics at Warwick University and regularly attends courses and conferences to enhance her skills and learn about the latest, cutting edge techniques.
Runa's particular area of expertise is interceptive treatment in young children.
